Pulled the first sample this morning and all the Dr. Pepper quality seems to have gone. That isn’t to say it won’t manifest in some other way, but honestly the taste test has it more Mountain Dew citrusy than 23 flavors of pep. But hey, first tries and all. I’ll take it to completion and see what happens. Maybe there will be more things present after pressing. #homebrewsake #homebrewsakeproblems #sake
