First gravity and taste test…9.6% abv and very ricey nose. The flavor just tastes like sweet syrup. Not sure if much else will change going forward. The 23 flavors are not present at all. I imagine this is going to end up similar to the “candy” sake I got in an advent calendar a few years ago back.
