We are exited to be apart of a fun sushi class and sake tasting again. The fantastic folks at Cook Street School of Culinary Arts will will guide you through purchasing and how to fabricate a whole fish. Then it’s on to knife skills to learn technique that will resonate with you in more cuisine than just this one! We’ll also discuss the importance of rice preparation then show you how to create your own selection of rolls. Everything you need to know to make your own fresh and delicious sushi at home. Enjoy your unique creations while tasting and learning about sake!

2017 Asian New Year Celebration

We're proud to be a part of this year's APDC New Year's Celebration. We've donated a pair of bottles to their silent auction. Here's to the Year of the Rooster!

The evening will feature exciting entertainment, a family style Asian dinner, and live and silent auctions. This signature event celebrates the Year of the Rooster, highlights success, and most importantly, raises funds to support our programs so that we can continue to provide services to those in need.
