The fantastic folks at Cook Street School of Culinary Arts will will guide you through purchasing and how to fabricate a whole fish. Then it’s on to knife skills to learn technique that will resonate with you in more cuisine than just this one! We’ll also discuss the importance of rice preparation then show you how to create your own selection of rolls. Everything you need to know to make your own fresh and delicious sushi at home. Enjoy your unique creations at the end of class along with wine or beer to pair!
