I opened Colorado’s first craft sake brewery, Gaijin 24886, in 2014. Due to unfortunate circumstances I had to shut down in 2019, but I still have a love of sake and and sake brewing. I’ve still got some recipes that I never got to make so I’m working on them here. I’ll be posting info along the way about the new things I’m trying.
